Educational Qualification:

• Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Must be computer literate with proficient knowledge of MS Office, the Internet, and typing in the local language.

Experience & Background:

• Retired/VRS opted Bank officials (Scale I & above) from Nationalized Banks, SBI, or RRBs are preferred.

• Ex-Servicemen or Other Professionals (e.g., Govt. School Teachers) with banking knowledge and IIBF certification.

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Officer or permanent employee.

• Must have an unblemished service record and a service certificate from the previous employer.

Age Limit (as of May 2026):

• Minimum Age: 45 Years

• Maximum Age: 65 Years

Salary and Compensation

The selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration based on the following structure:

• Salary: Equivalent to (Last Pay + Allowances) minus (Pension before commutation), OR Rs. 25,000/- per month, whichever is lower.

• Additional Allowance: A lump sum of Rs. 1,000/- per month for Mobile and Conveyance expenses.
